Please prepare a dish that includes pineapple or ice cream.  During the Regency\, these were foods that were difficult to obtain and make and enjoyed only by the rich. \nThe cookbook Dinner with Mr. Darcy by Pen Vogler contains an ice cream recipe with pineapple. Pride and Pudding by Regula Ysewijn contains several interesting ice cream recipes from the 17th\, 18th\, and 19th centuries. If you have a favorite family recipe for ice cream\, please feel free to share it. We will share our dishes on Zoom screen.
