JASNA Reading Group: Persuasions #42, Essays

The JASNA Reading Group will meet on April 9th at 2:30 to discuss five essays from Persuasions #42. The essays we are discussing are:

“John Dashwood’s Contract to Care: Parodic Legalism in Sense and Sensibility” by Kevin Wong, pg. 181

“The Materialistic Marriage Market: Intersections of Money and Matrimony in Pride and Prejudice” by J.R. Herman, pg. 207

“Hopeless Boy: Dick Musgrove” by Leo Rockas, pg. 239
